What activities will you plan to achieve expected outcomes?
We will practice 21st Century skills when we are in the language lab. Students will be able to watch demonstrations on how to use the technology required for class and will be able to practice/create while teacher circulates.
students will be asked to interact with the material and especially the texts we read through collaborative activities such as think/write/pair/share and puzzle. They will also be asked to interact with the text and each other outside of class using their wikispaces, voicethread, and other online discussion boards
students will compare and contrast new material with previous knowledge

Can you find any extremely engaging material (such as a virtual tour or experience) on the web related to your unit that might be useful? There are trailers from both the classic version and the disney version on youtube, websites on LaFontaine and Jean Cocteau, including videos on teachertube
Where will the space for inquiry be made? In other words, at what point in the lesson will you allow students to follow an area of interest within your given topic? They will be using a virtual notebook and at any time they will be encouraged to follow their interests, but they will really be allowed to follow their interests during the final project.
